RETURN AND REFUND Policy

If you’re needing to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.
Recovawear must receive the item to be returned or refunded within 30 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in ‘as new’ condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items that show signs of being worn.
You can exchange your item for another Recovawear item of the same value. If the new item is more expensive then you have to pay the difference and if it is less expensive, we will give you a credit for the remaining value.
We can provide a store credit to be used at your convenience, if you are unable to make a selection at the time of return.
We may offer a refund for the value of the product, excluding postage.
Recovawear warrants that all product shipped that are deemed to be faulty will be refunded providing the goods have not yet been worn.
● Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer,
unless the garment is faulty.
● Sale items cannot be returned or refunded
● We are not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
● Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT
If Recovawear accidentally sends you the wrong item or a faulty one, firstly, we are VERY sorry, but sometimes mistakes do happen.
