RETURN AND REFUND Policy
Thank you for shopping at Recovawear!
If you’re needing to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.
Recovawear must receive the item to be returned or refunded within 30 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in ‘as new’ condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items that show signs of being worn.
Exchange – You can exchange your item for another Recovawear item of the same value. If the new item is more expensive then you have to pay the difference and if it is less expensive, we will give you a credit for the remaining value.
Store Credit – We can provide a store credit to be used at your convenience, if you are unable to make a selection at the time of return.
Refund – We may offer a refund for the value of the product, excluding postage.
Faulty Goods- Recovawear warrants that all product shipped that are deemed to be faulty will be refunded providing the goods have not yet been worn.
● Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer,
unless the garment is faulty.
● Sale items cannot be returned or refunded
● We are not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
● Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT: If Recovawear accidentally sends you the wrong item or a faulty one, firstly, we are VERY sorry, but sometimes mistakes do happen.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the mistake, send back the item and we will refund or exchange according to your wishes as well as refund your postage costs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Email us at info@recovawear as soon as possible with the returns form attached. We offer exchanges, credits and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Once approved for return, post the item and printed returns form back to us (as per any additional instructions received) and making sure you do it soon enough, that it gets to us within 30 days of you receiving the parcel. We will exchange, provide credit or refund within 7 days of receiving your return
