This cleverly designed underwear solution enables the wearer to put them on in either a standing, sitting or lying position, thus helping to preserve dignity and increase independence for women who experience limited mobility, or who may need assistance to dress. The standard bikini style features several front positioned openings with clip and hooks fastenings to suit a wide range of needs; simply place Clip-Knix in position and clip!
It is also ideal for pregnant women, post-operation recuperation, back pain sufferers, arthritis, or any chronic illness that reduces the ability to bend down.

If you’re needing to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.
Recovawear must receive the item to be returned or refunded within 30 days of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in ‘as new’ condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items that show signs of being worn.
You can exchange your item for another Recovawear item of the same value. If the new item is more expensive then you have to pay the difference and if it is less expensive, we will give you a credit for the remaining value.
We can provide a store credit to be used at your convenience, if you are unable to make a selection at the time of return.
We may offer a refund for the value of the product, excluding postage.
Recovawear warrants that all product shipped that are deemed to be faulty will be refunded providing the goods have not yet been worn.
● Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer,
unless the garment is faulty.

● We are not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

How do I best take care of my products?
The Recovawear range will last and work longer if washed in cold water on gentle settings and line dried. If line drying isn’t an option, an air-dry setting or low heat setting works just fine too.
I have finished using my product, what can I do with it?
Recovawear is a part of the circular economy. We offer a gift voucher of 20% of the purchase price upon return of a reusable product and 10% for a product that has been well loved & truly put through its paces. This discount can also be transferred for another person, if required.

We design the clothes in Australia and put them through rigorous testing before having them lovingly made by our friends in Cambodia. They are made in keeping with the highest ethical and sustainability practices available, and we offset the shipping with Greenfleet.

I am NDIS approved for funding. How do I apply?
To apply for NDIS rebates either proceed through payments and include your NDIS number in the comments box at check out. We will then email you a tax invoice for your purposes.
Alternatively, you can apply via our NDIS forms and we will forward you an invoice for approval. Follow the link here and please reach out if you have any issues.

We will post out as soon as possible once receiving an order and send it via Australia Post postage or courier. Tracking information will be sent via SMS and email to the purchaser as soon as shipped.
